I was taking a break from the usual cruising for design inspiration and I stumbled across this cool infographic. It got me thinking about how hooked on technology we’ve become so I actually read it from beginning to end, mainly because I could really relate. While scrolling down, I was picturing myself falling asleep with my phone in the bed. But hey, you have to stay in touch, right?

I admit, I do occasionally use my iPad for a while before going to sleep, and in the morning when I’ve woken up and am still cozy in bed. :) Thankfully, my need for sleep usually overrides my desire to browse, play games or email – and I’ve only fallen asleep with the iPad still in my hand once or twice. ^^; I’ve already turned off most sound notifications on both the iPad and my iPhone, as it’s annoying to get a chime coming in over music or video. Oh, and I usually remember to mute the iPhone before bedtime – still need to work on un-muting it the following morning…
