Whether you’re a writer or just someone who makes vector packs for a living, being a freelancer is a tough job. It’s definitely harder to work freelance than in a company. When you work in a company, you work for someone else, and it’s not your job to worry about getting clients or dealing with legal details – it’s that persons’ who you’re working for. When you work freelance, not only do you not get a steady paycheck every month, but you have to start finding clients, you have to start dealing with those clients personally .

Sculpture is possibly the most visceral of all the art forms. It is a raw and physical act between man and material, and the end product is a creation in three dimensions, rather than the illusion of three dimensions, allowed in mist of the other visual art forms. Humanity has been producing sculptures since before written history, which is a testament to mankind’s desire to create and express. Western sculpture tradition can be dated back to Ancient Greece, where the great works of classical sculpture have been produced.

In an age where all the information you could possibly want seems to be a mere push of a button a way, conferences are a testament to how important social interaction is to us humans. We go to them to listen to and meet other professionals in our domain (or a domain we just happen to be interested in), and to learn and share new information, practices. Conferences are also working vacations; an opportunity to visit somewhere new, while also not feeling like you are slacking off from your job.
